Ok, now this is really emotional and interpretive, but if you want a concrete meaning to what I've drawn here, here's the best one I've come up with.
The tree is only grown halfway and dead and blackened the other half because of the radiance this mysterious figure gives off, further demonstrated by the yellow light surrounding him. However, this figure in itself is not full of color and is rather dull, yet lights up whever he goes. He sees things differently, hence why the one house he can actually see from the hill is three dimensional and the rest aren't. That weird saucer thing in the sky is meant to symbolize what the figure came from, a spaceship. it's flying away, hence it being so small and dull, yet it gives off that same radiance the figure on the hill does. The black on the far right of the paper is meant to represent how there is nothing to turn back to because life has always been full of nothingness and void for this figure despite the colorful world around him everywhere he goes. The rest is free to interpretation.
